What is the Hire Period?

The hire period is 1-3 days but we are flexible if the items aren’t needed for another order

When can I collect and return the order?

We ask if you can collect and return between 9.00-9.30 am or 5.00-5.30 pm on a day suitable for you.  We are flexible if this not convenient for you

Do I need to return the items clean?

All items are to be returned clean and must be cleaned in a dishwasher

04/

Do the tablecloths and napkins need to be washed?

The cleaning fee for the laundry is included in the hire price.  We advise soaking any heavily stained items immediately as you will be charged the replacement cost if the laundry company cannot remove the stains

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A refundable deposit is required to confirm the order

Do I pay for breakages or missing items?

The replacement cost of any breakages or missing items will be deducted from the deposit.  If the replacement cost exceeds the deposit you will be Invoiced for the outstanding amount.

07/

Can I hire anything not shown on the website?

We only stock the items shown on the website

How do I pay for the order?

When a Quote is accepted we will email you our bank details if you are able to pay online or you can send a cheque. Payment is to be made before or on the day of collection
